Julia is an experienced mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive. Serving full-time as a School Psychologist and practicing as a Licensed Associate Counselor, NJ License number: 37AC00784400, Julia brings clinical and educational expertise. She works with clients ranging from young children (ages 5+) to adults.

Julia specializes in supporting individuals facing challenges related ADHD, anxiety, and trauma. Her integrative therapeutic approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs, drawing from including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and Play Therapy. 

At the core of her belief is creating a safe space, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where clients feel truly heard, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential. 

Julia currently has openings for children, teens, and adults. She received supervision from Gabriella Mullady Fink, MA, LPC, ACS.
