Therapeutic Pup

Hercules is a certified therapy dog through Comfort Creatures. Hercules and Jamie started their journey to becoming a therapy dog in September of 2025 and became a certified team in January of 2026. Since becoming certified, Hercules has made trips to the elementary schools, middle schools, and the high school in Dumont, NJ, where Jamie works. Hercules enjoys meeting new students. Together, Jamie and Hercules have witnessed the positive impact a therapy dog can bring.

Hercules is a 15 pound, Rat Terrier brindle Chihuahua mix who was rescued from León, Mexico. Jamie adopted Hercules in October of 2024 and they have been inseparable since then!

Hercules favorite snack is chewing on bones  and his favorite past time is take long walks. Hercules is full of love and cannot wait to share it with you!
